Open Call to Host the FWMF Member Meeting & AGM

The Forum of Worldwide Music Festivals (FWMF) is inviting proposals to host two upcoming meetings:

• Member Meeting: September/October/November 2025
• Annual General Meeting (AGM): March/April 2026

About FWMF

The FWMF is a network of over 45 music festivals worldwide, focusing on global music and local cultures. From small thematic festivals in Italy to mega-festivals in Morocco, we celebrate urban grooves, traditional expressions, artistic collaboration, and innovation. Hosting an FWMF meeting means connecting your local music scene to global professionals, gaining exposure, and fostering new collaborations.

Meeting Details

• Attendees: 15 to 20 members
• Duration: 2 sessions of 3 hours each (with the option to extend with additional meetings, concerts, or networking events)
• Location Requirements: Flexible – no specific region or country preference
• Additional Opportunities: Concerts and networking with other professionals are encouraged
• Financial Support: Hosting parties offering support for flights, accommodation, or other costs will be highly valued

Application Process

• For the 2025 Member Meeting: Submit your proposal by March 15, 2025
• For the 2026 AGM: Submit by October 15, 2025
